ACS Camps & Showcase Games
ACS will be offering two different type of ID Camps.
The first is Placement ID Camps for players entering college for the first time.
The second is Transfer Portal ID Camp Showcase Games for players transferring while in college.
These camps will then lead to opportunities to play in ACS Showcase Games in front of college coaches.
PLACEMENT ID CAMPS & SHOWCASE GAMES
ID Camps are a very important in the recruiting process. They are an excellent way to get feedback from coaches to find out if they are interested in you and to find out what coaches think your entry level into college soccer is. How you use ID camps determines your return on investment.
Here at ACS we are reinventing the College ID Camp. We will be offering ID Camps with limited numbers with the sole intention of giving every player open and honest feedback. This feedback will include information on where we see their strengths and weaknesses as a player and what levels of college soccer they should be looking at.
From these Placement ID Camps players will be invited to showcase games that will be played in front of college coaches at their appropriate level.
TRANSFER PORTAL ID CAMPS & SHOWCASE GAMES
Once you enter the transfer portal, or decide to transfer, most of the focus of being recruited by other schools is done through video highlights, full game video, and recommendations from previous coaches. However, with the sheer number of players in the transfer portal it means the transfer portal is very competitive.
Attending a Transfer Portal ID Camp can boost your chances of being seen by coaches and being recruited. Our staff will give open and honest feedback of what your level of play is and can then also be used as a resource during your recruiting process.
From the Transfer Portal Camps we will also be organizing showcase games where players can be invited to play in front college coaches.
